FoodFindsAsia | YOUNG’S BAR AND RESTAURANT RELAUNCHES BRUNCH MENU AS GOVERNMENT EASES COVID RESTRICTIONS | 27 April 2022, Singapore – Last February, Singapore experienced a surge in COVID cases which delayed plans to ease limits on gatherings, including dining in restaurants to decrease the risk of infections. With decreasing COVID-19 infections, the Singapore government has started to ease COVID restrictions for dining and outdoor gatherings.
In line with this, YOUNGS Bar and Restaurant, a modern European gastropub, will be relaunching its breakfast grill and will offer brunch meals for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 8:30 in the morning.
The relaunch of YOUNGS Bar and Restaurant’s brunch menu is a long-awaited treat for families and groups who can now enjoy having the restaurant’s delicious menu line-up that it is well-known for, in a casual gastropub environment nestled within the unique setting of an aerospace park at Seletar.
YOUNGS Bar and Restaurant’s signature brunch dishes include the Cheesy Truffle Toast, Blueberry Pancake, Black Truffle and Mushroom Omelette, Avocado Toast and Egg Royale, and the all-time favourite, the YOUNGS Big Breakfast. For those with young children, the kids’ menu is also available all day on weekends and public holidays and each kids’ meals comes with a free mystery gift.
Aside from the weekend brunch menu offerings, diners may also enjoy YOUNGS’ intricately-crafted European ala carte menu after 5:30pm on Sundays and public holidays.
YOUNGS Bar and Restaurant opens at 11:30am until 12am from Mondays to Thursdays, 8:30am to 1am on Fridays, Saturdays and public holiday evenings and 8:30am to 12am on Sundays and public holidays. Live band performances are also held from 7:30pm to 11pm daily. Frequent diners who sign up for the YOUNGS Bar and Restaurant Loyalty Programme (www.pentagon-group.eber.co) will also enjoy membership perks and rewards.
