Ingredients:

1/2 chicken
4pcs tomatoes
1 white onion
100gms,ginger
a bundle of lemon grass
1/4cup fish sauce
4 1/4cup of water
banana leaves
2pcs chili fingers

Method:

1) Cut chicken into bite size
2) In banana leaves layered chicken,tomatoes,onion,ginger,fish sauce,chili fingers.
3) Put the 4cups of water into the claypot together with the wrapped ingredients.
4) Let it boil for about 20-25mins. Serve hot.
