Established in February 2014, Red Baron Ribs and Steaks is just a small casual dining restaurant owned by young entrepreneurs Joyce Esteban and Melvin Cheng. The concept of having a dining place beside a car wash area came from the first owners: Rupert and Lynn Sy. The couple then saw a lot of potential of creating a restaurant that serves ribs and steaks apart from the usual coffee and beverages to customers waiting for their car to be washed.
The concept was simply to create a cozy environment that was well suited to have great conversations, served quality cooked meals at a reasonable price with good quality of food while their cars washed.
