Sopa de Tortilla
Ingredients:
Cilantro
Celery
White onions
Tomatoes
Chicken Breast, ¼ kl
Tortilla
Oil
Cheese
Chicken Stock
Salt and pepper
Procedure:
1. Saute onion, chicken and fresh tomatoes. Simmer for 3 minutes
2. Add chicken stock, carrots, celery and tortilla.
3. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer.
4. Serve with cheese and cilantro
