Taking inspiration and innovating from Chinese comfort food, Victoria Harbour Cafe makes your Asian food experience complete with Wok Fry Wheat Noodles with Sea Clams or Szechuan Style Pork Belly. Both dishes are tastefully cooked with authentic spices and ingredients.

Foie Gras Night
On August 20, experience dining at its finest Impressions hosts another evening of pure indulgence with the special “Foie Gras Night”. Savor a spread of terrines, canapés, and foie gras specialties especially prepared by Master Chef of France Cyrille Soenen.
Start the feast with a spread of tasty terrines of black truffle puree, truffle aspic marbled with braised ox tongue marinated in red wine, deconstructed turon, and caramel aspic duck liver terrine with teriyaki eel. Sample a variety of canapés that include duck liver soufflé, duck liver macaron, foie gras crème brulee with muscovado sugar, foie gras maki, crispy duck liver “candy” wrapped in shiso and filo, and duck liver lollipops.
Savor main dishes like duck liver raviolis with forth of assorted mushrooms, poached duck liver with double beef consommé, carrots and shredded beef, seared foie gras with bouquet of salad greens, breaded duck liver in teriyaki sauce with coleslaw, foie gras caramelized with muscovado and flambéed with mild chili liqueur, egg cocotte with pan-roasted foie gras and hot mousse of parmesan, duck liver royale with sauce perigueux, and steamed dumplings of duck breast and duck liver with chives and duck sauce.
For just PHP1,660 net per person, guests may enjoy unlimited servings of this delicious spread of foie gras creations and premium wines from the Sommelier Selection from 7 PM to 10 PM.
