Red Baron Ribs and Steaks was established in February 2014 as a small casual dining restaurant in Philippines by young entrepreneurs Joyce Esteban and Melvin Cheng together with the first owner Reupert and Lynn Sy. But before Red Baron Ribs and Steaks’ inception, it was a corner coffee shop back in 2009 founded by a couple Reupert and Lynn Sy in Malate Street then later moved in along D. Tuazon beside a car wash area.
Virtually unknown to the public, the Sy’s saw a lot of potential of creating a restaurant that serves ribs and steaks apart from the usual coffee and beverages for the customers while waiting their cars to be washed. The concept was simply to create a cozy environment that was well suited to have great conversations, served quality cooked meals at a reasonable price with good quality of food while having their cars washed.
Today, Red Baron Ribs and Steaks are opening its 2nd branch with 36 seating capacity in Manila. They are defined as “value for money” casual dining restaurant that serves good quality meal that caters to the community, foodies and car enthusiasts. We provide friendly, attentive service in a relaxed environment by staff and owners that truly enjoy their job. We also offer delivery by partnering to delivery services available, provide take out, and on site catering in addition to full table service.
Our locations feature rich wood finishes, natural stone, and rich earth tone colors, exposed brick topped with our signature slant signage and conversational piece and great music round out the theme.Our image is a reflection of today’s consumer needs and the change in current styles.
