Cakes and pastries are truly a cherry on top of a perfect sundae for everyone who craves for something sweet. In Tomas Morato, Quezon City there’s a café that would satisfy not only the cravings of a sweet tooth but also their appetite. Quim’s Cake Bakeshop and Café is a haven for fanatics of desserts.
Chef Eliaquim Sabejon Labang, owner, promise to fulfill his dream of becoming a pastry chef with a vision to own a café that would serve good tasting cakes and pastries.
While studying abroad, he took up culinary arts and mastered pastry making. With a lot of hard work and perseverance, Quim’s Cake Bakeshop and Café is on its second year.
The Tomas Morato branch is not hard to find. It is also not easy to forget as well. Big cupcakes and pastry stickers are placed on their windows to add to the cute, homey, café vibe. These windows also allow natural light to shine through the café. Their first floor is designed for casual dining with display stalls for their doughnuts, muffins, cupcakes and more. A small gelato stand is standing nearby if you crave for more than cakes and pastries.
On the other hand, if a customer wants to stay a bit longer with a hot cup of their fine coffee or their delectable pastas, their second floor is open for them. With their accent chairs, you will surely feel cozy and comfy like it is home.
