A cuisine is a style of cooking practices and traditions associated with a specific culture or region. Asia is the largest and most populous continent with great cuisines to name. Southeast Asia is known to be home of incredibly rich food history. It includes strong emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic component that features such flavors with a balance cooking method of stir-frying, boiling and steaming.

So why travel abroad to get a taste of authentic Southeast Asian cuisine if you can enjoy these sumptuous dishes right in the heart of Makati.

Pink Panda is the latest trendy restaurant and bar by celebrity food blogger, model and restaurateur Erwan Heusaff. The restaurant and bar concentrates on Southeast Asia’s well-known and favorite dishes in each country but with a twist. According to their Executive Sou Chef Siggy Torrente, they make sure to put their own style to make it more exciting. Put different textures on the best of Southeast Asia originals which conclude a “wow” factor after gratifying cravings.
