Piaya Negrese Delicacy


All purpose flour
Mucovado sugar
Sesame seeds


1. In a bowl, combine half of the flour and half of the oil. Mix well
2. Divide into small portions shape in balls. Set aside
3. Add water to mascovado sugar to make it moist. Divide into small portions. Set aside
4. Mix the remaining flour, oil and water. Kneed
5. Flatten each portion and top with flour, roll out and stuffed with muscovado filling
6. Dust with flour with sesame seeds
7. Grill until brown on the outside
