Nasi Goreng
Ingredients:
3 cups rice, cooked
Eggs, 2 pcs
Onion
Garlic
Red chillies
Shrimp paste
Oil
Chicken breast, sliced thinly
Bell pepper
Turmeric powder
Soy sauce
Tomato paste
Procedure:
1. Make omelet and cut into strips. Set aside
2. Saute onion, garlic and bell pepper
3. Add the chicken and shrimp paste until brown
4. Combine soy sauce, tomato paste and turmeric powder. Saute
5. Mix the cooked rice, eggs and salt and pepper to taste
