Heston Blumenthal’sFat Duck, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, Gordon Ramsay in London and The Waterside Inn in Bray all retain their three-star rating while 21 restaurants retain two-stars.

Six of the 14 new one-star entries are in London, with The Clove Club (pictured above), opened byIsaac Mchale, gaining its first star after just over a year in business. City Social by Jason Athertonand Nathan Oulaw’sFish Kitchen also receive their first star.
