Michelin 2015 Guide to Best Restos in UK and Ireland

The Michelin Guide restaurants for Great Britain and Ireland 2015 has been released with 14 new one-star restaurants making the list.

The two and three-star ratings remain the same as the Great Britain and Ireland guide for 2014.

Heston Blumenthal’s Fat Duck, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, Gordon Ramsay in London and The Waterside Inn in Bray all retain their three-star rating while 21 restaurants retain two-stars.

Six of the 14 new one-star entries are in London, with The Clove Club (pictured above), opened byIsaac Mchale, gaining its first star after just over a year in business. City Social by Jason Athertonand Nathan Oulaw’s Fish Kitchen also receive their first star.
