At the recent Manila Food and Beverage Exposition (MAFBEX) held at the World Trade Center Manila is the biggest food event that gathered all the foodies and trade professionals for this three-day of excitement and unforgettable journey through the magnificent and vibrant flavors of the country.
The 9th MAFBEX is sponsored by the Department of Agriculture together with the French event organizer Comexposium .
Attended by VIPs and food biz personalities including Senator Cynthia Villar who commenced the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at the venue lobby of the World Trade Center. There were 500 booths with 21 product categories including health products and food supplements,
ingredients and outsourcing solutions, meat & poultry, non-alcoholic beverages, organic goods, prepared
meals and convenience products, bakery and confectionery, fruits & veggies, gourmet & fine food,
glassware, houseware, seafood, cured meats, deli products and so much more-easily making it the
biggestplatform to showcase the best of what the Filipino food and beverage industry has to offer.
MAFBEX 2015 has a line-up of events and activities like competitions and awards as well as live cooking demonstration by seasoned Chefs of the World, one of them is the renowned “greeny chef” Chef Sau del Rosario.
The event is for the benefit of the ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation.
