The Philippine culture reflects the country’s complex history. It’s known that the Chinese started to influence the Filipinos since the Spanish times. For generations to generations, Chinese beliefs and superstitions are existing and practiced. They believe on good lucks and bad lucks.

Oriental Palace, operated by Chinese Garden Best Food Inc., which founded on May 2014. Started by the Chua family’s patriarch in 1978, traces its roots to Wah Yuen (Chinese Garden). Chua Kun, a young cook from Hong Kong with a passion for good food and excellent cooking established the shop with the dream of sharing authentic Chinese food to diners in Manila.

Mr Chua handpicks the freshest at the market and guides the chefs in preparing them with perfection. The combinations of flavors in their dishes compliments without overpowering the unique taste.

This 2016, the year of the Fire Monkey, Feng Sui Expert Johnson Chua and Oriental Palace prepared delectable lucky dishes that will bring abundance, prosperity and good fortune.
