Kare-Kareng Lechon Kawali

Ingredients:

-Liempo
-Puso ng Saging
-String beans
-Petchay
-Talong
-½ cup peanut butter
-½ cup bagoong
-Atsuete
-Garlic
-Onion

Procedure:

1. Blanch vegetables & set aside
2. Saute onion and garlic and add atsuete mixture
3. Add peanut butter & bagoong and add a cup of water
4. Simmer for 2 mins until sauce is thick
5. Mix vegetables and lechon and simmer for 1 minute
