A drop of honey in each eye on a daily basis will not change eye color, nor will direct placement of herbal tincture do the trick. Opting for surgical measures will not be necessary, and believing that hypnosis will help – that is just insane. Thanks to recent scientific research, the dream of changing your eye color is within reach by introducing a few changes to your diet and here’s how:
Start with a cup of tea
If you are a tea-lover, then you probably know this already. UVA URSi is a soothing tea which relaxes your eyes, Chamomile on the other hand is an incredible tea which lowers down the concentration of stress hormones in your bloodstream. Setting aside the other several health benefits of drinking tea, it gives your eyes a brighter appearance and a warmer hue.

Let your eyes shine bright courtesy of the zeaxanthin and carotenoids lutein abundantly found in spinach. Bring back the youthfulness in your eyes when this alpha-lipoic enriched vegetable prevents stress and promotes healthy skin and hair. No wonder why Popeye loves to get a load of these.
After 60 days, you will be the judge to decide how your eye color has changed. These changes, however, are not drastically visible, but it is surreal to be able to naturally change your own eye color which lasts for days.
