Summer is definitely here. The heat is on!
At the south of the metropolis, where trees abound, the summer heat still gets to you.
So with my fellow foodfinders, we ventured one hot afternoon along the Alabang-Zapote road to look for a mall as our tambayan. We started from the Coastal road area towards Alabang. We passed by the first mall, Starmall. It wasn’t parking friendly so we went further, hitting SM Las Piñas. The parking seemed better but the mall looked smaller than usual.
Down the road, we passed by Robinons Las Piñas which seemed like a new mall in the area. With a bit more time, we decided to head off to the next mall — SM Southmall. Man, this mall is huge!
So there were decided to get down and hopped onto SM Southmall to check out the cool food shops, and well , the coolest dudes.
Lo and behold, wefound these three: Halo-Halo from Conti’s and Cool, yummy desserts from Kenny Rogers and berry shakes from Shakey’s. Just wow!

What else to do? Head off to SM Southmall and cool down.
