A year in your industry may not be a major event but it is a big deal. Thus, this calls for a celebration! What better way to celebrate is to have a feast!
Jack Joint, a restaurant with Mediterranean-inspired dishes, recently turned one year old. To celebrate that milestone in their business life, Jack Joint held a blogger’s event in Tomas Morato that highlighted their menu.
The Foodfinds Asia team have also been invited and had a chance to celebrate with Jack Joint. We started out with one of their rice meals. Their Beef Barbeque Stick (P215) is paired with rice cooked with butter. Beef meat should be tender and Jack Joint achieved that tenderness.

Wonder what will shawarma tastes like with rice? You don’t have to wonder anymore! One of the rice meals we tasted was their Chicken Shawarma Rice (P165) which is basically chicken shawarma with rice minus the wrap. Enjoy shawarma in another level.

Their Chicken Steak (P155) is also good specially when eaten hot. The juiciness and tenderness of the chicken meat will leave you mouth-watering and craving for more. Another chicken rice meal they have is their Chicken Pirzola (P165). Pair it with their signature shakes and you’ll surely not regret.


Their Chicken Beef Kebab (P210) is perfect for people who wanted to get full immediately. Try this dish with their Hummus (P120) and savor each bite!


Last on their list is their tender, juicy and very tasty Lamb Chops (P385) which is perfect with their buttered rice. What I liked among the rice meals is this because of the extraordinary taste of lamb meat (which I think is the best meat!). The idea of cooking the rice with butter is really good because of the yummy, buttery taste it leaves your mouth.

I am no fan of ox brain but Jack Joint made me want another bite again. Their Ox Brain (P120) is really worth sharing with others as well.

Even if their dishes are mainly focused on Mediterranean cuisine, they also offer American food like pizzas and burgers. We got to try two flavors of their delectable pizza. Both of it have their own distinct taste. Their Blue Buffalo Chicken Pizza (P380) is perfect for meat lovers and for those who crave for a bit of spice topped on their pizza. Try out their Four Cheese Pizza (P340) for cheese-fanatics!


For their burgers, we tried their Quarter Pounder Burger with Cheese and Fries (P150)! Their patty is sandwiched in a bun with our favorite TLC and oozing with cheesy cheese! Yummy!

But their highlight among all their menu is their Beef Shawarma Wrap (P155). What is special about it is that it is Turkish shawarma – the cuts are bigger. That also means it is better! Let your tastebuds taste another shawarma love!

To wrap everything up, we ended up with their Shakers (P85) which is a perfect combination with everything else!

If you are looking for a restaurant to try, go North to Quezon City and try something out of the streets of Maginhawa or UP. Head over to Jack Joint and chill with the gang over Mediterranean!
