First AFN Food Awards – Pinoy Home Cooks Take Global Centerstage | Filipinos may now show off their culinary prowess and have their dish featured on the international stage thanks to the Asian Food Network‘s “AFN Food Awards 2021,” a virtual search for the greatest Pinoy home cooks of Asian gourmet cuisine, which will be held in cooperation with SKY.
To enter, interested individuals aged 18 and above from anywhere in the country must go to www.afnfoodawards.com and submit a recipe, as well as a tale about Filipino food and a video demonstration of how to make it. Their deadline for submitting their entries is June 27, 2021.
The awards presentation will be broadcast live on Facebook on July 24 at 4 p.m., hosted by Bianca Valerio and featuring Chef Anton Amoncio as a special guest and celebrity judge.
The ultimate prize winner will be P25,000 richer and receive P100,000 worth of culinary training at Southville International School Affiliated with Foreign Universities, in addition to getting widespread recognition (SISFU).
Asian Food Network may be found on SKYcable channel 248 (for Mega Manila subscribers) and channel 736 (for all other subscribers) (for Cebu, Davao, Bacolod, Baguio, Dumaguete, Gensan, and Iloilo based subscribers).
