Chef Datu Shariff Pendatun, a Chef Consultant who writes about food and related matters talks about “Integrating Halal in the Mainstream F&B Industry”. Chef Sally San Jose, Executive Chef/ Owner of Chippens, Salome’s Garden talks about “Catering Trends and Best Practices”.
