Crisp On 28th is a partnership between Erwan Heussaff, who currently owns five restaurants all over the Metro, and his friends. Their objective is to bring the friendly neighborhood destination (that would cater both coziness and your favorite comfort food in a whole new level) in the Philippines.
As much as possible, their dishes are complemented with green, leafy veggies to match Erwan’s encouragement for healthy eating. Here are their best sellers FoodFindsAsia team has tried:
Pancakes are sweethearts on breakfast tables. But plain pancakes are too cliché. If you are craving for sweetness on top of your pancakes, Crisp On 28th will offer you their Buckwheat Pancakes which is topped with cubed fruits such as melons, mangoes, dragon fruit, and pomelo with pared apples. Pour your own maple syrup on the pancake and enjoy. 
Another favorite breakfast dish by their avid customers is their Benny’s and Greens. These freshly baked muffins are topped with sous vide eggs plus bacon and some leafy greens satisfying your cravings for eggs and bacon in the morning. 
Want some meat on the table? Savor to the tenderness and taste of their Chargrilled Flat Iron Steak served with mashed sweet potato and peppercorn sauce. The combination will simply leave your mouth-watering.
Sandwiches are also available. If you crave for healthy grease, then try their Cubana Sandwich which uses grilled pork belly and herb roasted chicken drizzled with harissa and garlic cream, oozing with cheese, and sprinkled with grated cheese. Do not forget to try their deep fried sweet potato chips to match their Cubana Sandwich.
Desserts are also served. Finish your sumptuous meal with something sweet by indulging on their 15-layer Chocolate Mille Crepe Cake. Every bite will surely satisfy a sweet-tooth’s cravings.
This small, hidden wonder opened its doors to customers last July 2014. Glass windows are placed to let natural light in while enjoying your cup of coffee and people watching. Serving plates and other utensils are very colorful, playful and looked like heirloom pieces adding to the homey vibe of the restaurant. It has a courtyard arranged for you and your friends where you can eat out while enjoying the cold December breeze.
