Café Inggo 1587 opened on August 8, 2017 as a ‘concept café’ with the primary goal of serving the thousands of parishioners of Santo Domingo Church in Quezon City, the city’s largest Catholic church. It serves traditional Filipino and Spanish fare as well as an extensive selection of cakes and desserts such as bibingka and puto bumbong.
