Deryl Fu, owner of Cow Bell is a connoisseur by profession. Growing to a family who loves to eat, she took up Hotel Management and then Culinary Arts to fulfill her dream of becoming a restaurateur.
She worked as a kitchen chef, and her favorite recipe dish is Paella. Paella is a Valencian rice dish with ancient roots that originated in its modern form in the mid-19th century near the Albufera lagoon, a coastal lagoon in Valencia, on the east coast of Spain.
When she got married, that’s when she decided to pursue her dream. They started with a fish and chips kiosk, but noticed that not everyone are into it. That’s when they decided to put up a place where everyone can dine and devour delicious steaks at a very reasonable price…the Cow Bell Steak and Cafe.
