Ingredients:

2 tbsp.cooking oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 medium size onion chopped
1small turmeric (luyang dilaw)
1/4kl. chicken ,cut into serving pieces
2 cups water
2 cups glutinous rice
1/2 cup long grains rice
2 cups coconut milk
2pcs. bay leaf
1 chicken broth cubes
pinch of salt and pepper

Garnishing:

boiled eggs
shrimps

Method:

1) Sautè turmeric,onion,garlic,glutinous rice,long grains and chicken
2) Mix chicken stocks
3) Let it boil until rice half cooked
4)Add or pour in coconut milk and continuosly boil
5) Cook over moderate heat and stir once in a while to prevent burning
6) Put pre-cooked shrimps,boiled eggs and parsley for garnishing (optional)
7 ) Serve hot.
