FAT BURNING BREAKFAST RECIPE
- BROCCOLI AND FETA OMELET WITH TOAST
1 cup chopped broccoli
2 large eggs beaten
2 tbsp. feta cheese
¼ tsp. dried dill
2 slices rye bread, toasted
Put a nonstick skillet over a medium heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Cook broccoli for 3 minutes
Combine feta, egg, and dill in a small bowl and add this egg mixture to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flip to other side and cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve with toast.
- BANANA AND ALMOND BUTTER TOAST
1 slice of rye bread, toasted
1 pcs. Banana sliced
1 tbsp. almond butter
Spread almond butter on toast
Top with banana slices and consume immediately.
FAT BURNING SMOOTHIE/DESSERT RECIPE
- SPICED GREEN TEA SMOOTHIE
¾ cup chilled strong green tea
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2-3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. agave nectar
1 small pear, leave the skin on and cut into pieces
2 tbsp. fat-free yogurt
6-8 ice cubes
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve while cold.
- CHOCOLATE DIPPED BANANA BITES
1 small banana, peeled and cut into 1-inche slice
2 tbsp. semi sweet chocolate chips
Melt semi-sweet chocolate over a medium heat. Dips each banana slice, let it cool for a bit and consume immediately.
FAT BURNING COMPLETE MEAL RECIPE
- GRILLED SALMON WITH PINEAPPLE SALSA
4 pcs.(6-ounce) salmon fillets
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
2 tbsp. finely chopped red onion
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
1tbsp. rice vinegar
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine pineapple, red onion, cilantro, rice vinegar, and red pepper in a bowl then set aside.
Put a nonstick grill pan coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Rub the fish with salt. Cook the fish for 4 minutes on each side .Top with salsa.
- TURKEY BBQ BURGER
1 pound ground turkey meat
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices sweet onion, grilled
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
4 (1.6-oz) sesame seed buns, toasted
In a bowl, mix turkey meat, garlic, paprika, and cumin, make burger patties and season with salt and pepper.
Fry the patties in a pan over medium heat until golden brown, serve with the desired toppings and buns
