Low carb Recipe #1: CHICKEN AND CASHEWS

Ingredients:

3tbsp. soy sauce

2 tbsp. dry sherry

4 tsp. corn starch

1 pound skinless chicken breast, deboned and cut into bite-sized pieces

½ cup fat-free chicken broth

2 tbsp. oyster sauce

1tbsp. sesame oil

½ cup red bell pepper, chopped

½ cup celery, chopped

¾ cup onion, chopped

1 tbsp. grated ginger

2 garlic clove, minced

¼ cup dry roasted cashews, chopped

Procedure:

Combine 1 tbsp.soy sauce, sherry, 2 tsp cornstarch, and chicken in a large bowl, coat the chicken well.

In a separate bowl, combine the remaining soy sauce, remaining 2 tsp. cornstarch, broth, oyster sauce, and honey.

In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tsp. oil over medium heat. Add the chicken mixture, sauté for 3 minutes. Remove from pan. Heat the remaining 1 tsp. of oil in pan; add onion, celery, and bell pepper, sauté for 2 minutes. Combine with the chicken mixture and the broth mixture. Bring to a boil. Stir constantly for 1 minute. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cashew on top.

Low Carb Recipe # 2 : VEGGIE AND EGG

Ingredients:

1tbsp. Coconut oil

1 cup Frozen Vegetable mix

2-3 pieces eggs

Spinach

Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

Heat coconut oil in a frying pan.

Add thawed frozen vegetable mix, sauté for 1 minute then add eggs.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add the spinach.

Stir fry until it’s done.

Low carb Recipe # 3: GROUND BEEF WITH BELL PEPPER

Ingredients:

¼ kilo Ground beef

2 tbsp. Coconut oil

1 pc. Red Bell Pepper, sliced

1 piece Onions, chopped

Spinach

Salt and Pepper to taste

Procedure:

Pour oil into the pan and heat for a while.

Put onion and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add ground beef and sauté until it is cooked.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Add the spinach and garnish with sliced red bell pepper.

Low carb Recipe # 4: BETA salad (Bacon, Egg, Tomato, Avocado)

Ingredients:

1 medium sized avocado, chunked

2 boiled eggs

1 tomato, chunked

Lemon juice

2-4 pieces of bacon, cooked

Salt and Pepper to taste

Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients together. Mix enough to make some of the avocado and egg turn into a mush.

Slashing carbs and calories from your diet doesn’t mean you’ll have a boring and tasteless meal. You can still enjoy a sumptuous meal while staying out from carbs.
