CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE CRISPY CHICKEN

1pc chicken breast fillet
1 tbsp flour
1 pc egg beaten,
1 tbsp panko bread crumbs
Cooking oil for deep frying

FOR THE SANDWICH

2 slices of bread
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 slices plum tomatoes
2 slices cucumber
1 pc, deep fried chicken fillet

PROCEDURE:

Coat the chicken fillet with flour, then egg, and bread crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown.

Spread mayonnaise on the bread, and then arrange plum tomatoes and cucumber. Top with chicken fillet. Cover with the other slice of bread and serve.

HAWAIIAN CHICKEN SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:

300gm chicken breast fillet
½ cup carrot
¼ cup water
¼ cup celery, sliced
Salt and white pepper
¼ cup red bell pepper diced
1 pouch of pineapple tidbits
1cup mayonnaise
6pcs. Of sliced bread

PROCEDURE:

Simmer chicken and carrots in pineapple syrup, water, celery leaves, and salt and pepper. Remove from fire and drain when cooked.

Cut chicken meat into cubes.

In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, salt and white pepper, pineapple tidbits, and bell pepper. Add the cooked chicken.

On one slice of bread, spread the fillings and top with another slice of bread.
Serve immediately.

TERIYAKI CHICKEN SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:

Teriyaki sauce

Olive oil
4pcs. Chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
4 pineapple rings
1 red onion sliced
4 slices quick melt cheese
4 pieces lettuce leaves
4 hamburger buns

PROCEDURE:

Heat grill from 350-400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line grill with a medium sized foil and drizzle with olive oil.
Season chicken with salt and paper and lay on the foil. Turn heat to low and cook for 8 minutes.
Open the lid and lay another piece of foil on the grill, drizzle with olive oil. Put onions and season with salt and pepper. Close grill and continue cooking.
When chicken is almost cooked, move onions at one end of the foil and drizzle with olive oil. Place the drains pineapple rings. Flip the chicken over to cook the other side. Check the onions and remove it once it is golden-colored.

When pineapple rings turned golden, flip and brush with teriyaki sauce. After a minute, remove from grill. Brush chicken with sauce and top with a slice of cheese. Turn the grill off.
Once the cheese is melted, remove from oven.
Brush buns with teriyaki sauce and put everything in the middle of the bun. Put in chicken, pineapple, onions, and lettuce. Serve immediately.
